Technician will be at your house or office on the agreed date to diagnostic your air conditioning, air con, fridge or any home appliance and provide you with a quotation on the required repairs, servicing or installation At this stage if you decide not to go ahead with the repairs. kemcool technician will change you a fee of R150 for call out fee..
REPAIRSOnce the quotation has been accepted by you (client), KemCool technician will carry out the necessary and give you an invoice that will cover the six months guarantee on the services, repairs and installation.
PAYMENTSWe accept cash, visa and EFT electronic transfer you have to pay directly to the technician or give a proof of EFT electronic transfer to the technician after the repair has been carried out.
